Unable to establish connection to http://controller:35357/v2.0/tenants

If you get this error while using keystone.

Just hash (#) the line start with driver under [token]

#driver = keystone.token.persistence.backends.sql.Token

    Doesnt works....
    I am installing Juno release on Ubuntu 14.04 and facing same issue.
    The sol. provided doesnt solves the prob.

    Has anyone got a solution for this error. I am installing OpenStack Juno: Installation using VirtualBox & Ubuntu 14.10 ( Identity Service - Keystone ) and the rec the error after this line command #keystone tenant-create --name admin --description "Admin Tenant"
    after the putting the above command got the following error

    unable to establish connection to http://controller:35357/v2.0/tenants
    PLEASE ASSIST... BEFORE I THROW MY COMPUTER OUT THE WINDOW :)
